Fryupdale Trail Race circular routes starting from Yorkshire Cycle Hub for:-

Circular routes for Marathon/Half Marathon/10k.
All routes will be signed
All Hardmoors 26.2 series races will be taped and signed to help with navigation but in some situations signage and tape can go missing on the day of the event (whether it be accidental or deliberate) So competitors will be provided with a downloadable race route description and downloadable maps of the course which are to be used if tape and signs are not apparent. It is the competitors responsibility to navigate themselves throughout the course.

On arriving at registration please give your full name and you will receive your race number
The race number must be worn and displayed on the front of your body!
Full & Half Marathon
Waterproof Jacket with taped seams
Hat (can be a buff)
500ml minimum fluid
Failure to carry your own mandatory kit throughout the duration of the race will result in disqualification
10k runners do not have a compulsory kit list BUT we recommend carrying or wearing the above mentioned.
DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE MOORS!
All three routes are marked with tape and signs. There will be foot sweepers for the 10k, Marathon and Half Marathon.
If you decide to retire please return to the last checkpoint or head for the next checkpoint, here the Marshall will contact one of the race team and we will pick you up and return you back to the start. Please be patient though for your lift.
Half Marathon and 10k prize ceremony will be held at 1200hrs (subject to change)
Full Marathon prize ceremony will be held at 1400hrs (subject to change)
On completing your event please report directly to the timings table inside (will be obvious) you will then receive your Race Medal. Hot drinks and food will be available to purchase at the finish from the Cycle Hub cafe
Karen from Stadium Sports Massage will be providing sports massages for £10 throughout the day. With Karen’s help (pre and post massage) I managed to complete 53 Ultramarathons in 2012 with no lasting damage, some weeks running 3 in a row. I truly recommend her services.
Tim Taylor (Hardmoors Race Series Sponsor) will bring his fabulous Chia Flapjacks and Chia Charge drink plus Chia Seeds which will be available to buy!! All Good Stuff!! ask anyone who has used his products. THEY WORK as well as taste nice!
10 hours to complete the Trail Marathon.
6 hours to complete the Half Marathon.
3 hours to complete the 10k

Refunds to race entries will not be made once the entry date has closed. Up to 4 weeks before the race date any refunds will be subject to a 20% admin charge. From 4 weeks to 2 weeks prior to the race date refunds of 50% will be made. Entries will not be suspended to the following year. No transfers are allowed between runners.
